| 30 Day Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any product(s), return it within 30 days for a credit. All returned product(s) must be unopened and in resalable condition. Any product(s) returned that are not in unopened and in resalable condition will be returned to the customer. Include all original shipping & packing materials, documents, and components. Make a copy of the invoice for your records. Do not write on the manufacturer's box or break the manufacturer's seal if you wish to return for a refund. Any non-original writing on the box or broken manufacturer's seal will deem the product(s) to be non-resalable and the product(s) will be returned to the customer. Customer must notify E Office Supply within 30 days and obtain a Return Merchandise Number before returning product(s). Product(s) returned without a Return Merchandise Number will be returned to the customer. Write the RMA number on the shipping label only. Certain product(s) will not be included in this 30-Day Guarantee. Some manufacturers specify that all defective and D.O.A. products be returned directly to them, or they may limit the time frame in which you can return products. A 15% restocking/re-cartoning fee(s) will apply depending on the manufacturer. If shipping damage occurs, immediately notify & file a claim with the carrier and ask for an inspection then notify E Office Supply at our toll free number 1-888-603-0274. In cases where the product(s) is/are defective, incorrect product(s) or Dead On Arrival (D.O.A.), the return shipping will be prepaid by eOffice Supply. The defective/D.O.A. product(s) will be tested and, if not found to be defective or D.O.A., will be returned to the customer. Additional charges ($50.00) may be assessed by our electronics distributor, Ingram Micro Inc., to the customer in the case of product(s) returned that are not in unopened and in resalable condition or if not found to be defective or D.O.A.. Shipping charges will be added separately from the initial order on Request for Shipping Quote orders. The shipping charges on orders of 10 or more books will be deducted and credited back to your credit card to obtain free shipping. At this time, there is no way to remove the shipping charges before checkout. |
